When I need a low carb and high protein lunch because I’m a few pounds heavier than desired and I am upset with myself I like to toss a few fresh chicken breasts in the pan with some EVOO and make things right with the world again. Sprinkled with some salt, fresh ground pepper, and a nice dose of Italian Seasoning these bad boys are tasty on their own but I like to kick it up a natch and pour some La Victoria Hot Sauce.
This meal only comes in at about 220 calories and 1g of carb from the hot sauce. Blast it down with a 16 oz glass of ice water and you are good to go.

Sprinkle them chickens with salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning then sear them bidges in a pan so the inside is perf and the outside isn’t a charred mess. Put on a nice clean plate. Pour hot sauce on. Eat.
